Frequently Asked Questions
We both shoot on Full Frame Digital cameras. For us, full frame cameras deliver the best results and have spent countless hours finding the best equipment possible for your big day. We use the latest cameras and lens from both Sony and Canon, allowing us to capture the most out of your day. We also both have back up cameras so are prepared for every scenario.
Yes! all our packages have both of us on your wedding day. Having two wedding photographers is a fantastic way to ensure you receive the perfect shots. Pre-wedding Jon can be photographing the groom and groomsman while Mary can capture all of the bridal preparations. During the rest of the celebrations, we capture photographs from more angles than would be possible with a solo photographer. Our favourite example of having two photographers is the ability to capture the bride’s entrance from both in front and behind, as well as the look on the groom’s face!
We have public and products liability, professional indemnity, employers liability and portable equipment insurance and are insured through Hiscox.
To produce an excellent collection of preparation shots, we arrive around 2 hours before the ceremony at the bride and grooms locations. This is flexible and based on each couple’s needs and wedding service location.
We stay until 9pm or the end of the first dance, but we tend to stay a little longer just to get a few more photos of your friends and family boogying on the dance floor. We will always check with you that we have everything you want before we leave. Upon request, we can stay until the end of the wedding, or until midnight.
As we only take a limited number of weddings, we are capable of making sure that we can turn your wedding day around as fast as possible without dropping standards. This means we will aim to have your wedding photographs back to yourself in a maximum of 8 weeks, but it is normally far faster.
You will receive 500+ images of your day. Each image is individually edited. We supply your images on our private online gallery.
Of course! We loving travelling and what better reason than for a destination wedding. In our opinion its always best to take a UK photographer with you. Photography is very personal, and being able to communicate fluently is key.
Yes, we have teamed up with luxury storybook printing companies from around the UK and Europe to give you the best supply of printing options available. We also upload your images to an online password protected gallery where you and your family can purchase prints and framing options.
